Smart Lock Technology
This protocol controls access to any Premium Stays unit by providing guests with a one-time code only valid for the duration of their reservation. A separate unique code and key is given to our Partners.
Noise &
Smoke Monitors
These devices enable Premium Stays to enforce smoking and noise rules while also providing a level of safety to our guests.
What is our screening and security process?
We have a 3-Step guest compliance protocol, including:
Vetting
Process
For any third party platform bookings, every guest must pass a background check, sign a rental agreement, fill out a questionnaire and provide ID.
We vet our guests carefully using this information and reserve the right to cancel any stay that flags our system.
Background
Check
This is the first compliance step that occurs when a potential guest requests to book with Premium Stays.
The primary guest on all Premium Stays reservations, regardless of the booking platform, is screened for any criminal background.
A guest must successfully pass all levels of Premium Stays screening process or their reservation will be cancelled.
Comprehensive
Rental Agreement
This is the second compliance step that occurs when a potential guest requests to book with Premium Stays.
The primary guest on all Premium Stays reservations, regardless of the booking platform, must legally sign off on our agreement.
The guest's signature is legally binding with timestamps and IP address.
